Terms of Service

F'90 Studio designs and sells Moroccan football streetwear. Orders placed on this site form a contract between you and F'90 Studio.

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email.
• We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. You will be refunded in full.
• Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes for the destination.

We currently ship across Europe from Morocco. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier and your destination. Customs duties for non-EU destinations, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

• You can return unworn items, with tags attached, within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law.
• Return shipping is at your charge, unless the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
• Customised or personalised items (numbers, names) cannot be returned unless faulty.

All designs, photos, logos and content on this site are owned by F'90 Studio. You may not reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

We do our best to keep the site running smoothly and to ship every order on time. To the extent permitted by law, F'90 Studio is not liable for indirect damages caused by delays, site downtime or third-party services (carriers, payment providers).

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page on the day you place your order.
